My names Marty McKenna, i live in Co.Derry, Northern Ireland. I have been interested in Music since i was 6 years old. My birth date is 23rd July 1993, and i am currently turning 16... im a solo artist, and enjoy all types of music, from R&B to Classical...
From my first year at secondary school i have been doing singing lessons, skiped my Grade 1 & 2, passed my 3,4,5 and doing my Grade 6 (Musical Theatre) in November..I have also achieved my Piano Grade 1 & 2..I sing in my school Choir and always guaranteed a solo postion from my Gcse Music teacher... .
I have been on stage many time between plays and singing and dancing competitions such as "Annie" "Grease" i participated in a singing competition called "Stars in Yer Eyes" which was hosted by Malachy Cush..which turned out he is friends with the act i sang as "Lemar" I have also preformed with "The young Americans twice threw my school.. it was an experience of a life time...i throughly enjoyed it and was given a solo preformance to do infront of a crowded audience....
It seems to be in my life everywhere i go iv noticed my Music follows straight behind me...I have Visited Lourdes twice helping the sick...My school teacher organised a Choir... 3 people were given solo songs to sing...i was tasked to sing infront of over and beyond 1000 people..i felt this was very achieving.
I have many idols such as.. Beyonce ( her I am... tour was an unbelievable experience in Belfast 1st June, she is returning to belfast on 24th November and have already bought the ticket....) Girls aloud... "Out of Control concert was truely inspiring ! Enrique also Fantastic...... All of these concerts have made me realise thats this is the line of work im willing to do......i love music.... it really is my life.......I am searching everywhere and taking every opportunity to get signed up...
